CAMP BUEHRING, Kuwait (Jan. 28, 2018) – A French Soldier with 5th Regiment de Cuirassiers, shoots the FN Mitrailleuse during unknown distance training in support of exercise Alligator Lightning. The bilateral amphibious U.S.-led exercise with the French is designed to improve cooperation with ground, naval and air units in amphibious warfare, maintain proficiency in expeditionary operations and enhance interoperability in a bilateral environment.
