    Crane Army Ammunition Activity

Crane Army Ammunition Activity employees inspect VX99 Stinger practice rounds and antipersonnel obstacle breaching systems to ensure quality materials are delivered to the Warfighter. Stinger rounds are shoulder-launched surface-to-air missiles, and this practice ammunition is used to train new troops. Antipersonnel obstacle breaching systems are used to clear barriers on the battlefield and allow Warfighters to move more efficiently. Both types of equipment are vital for U.S. Army readiness.
