Indianapolis Colts linebacker Pat Angerer and wife Mary visit troops at Camp Atterbury through the support of the USO of Indiana June 3. Many of the service members he met here are preparing for missions overseas to Afghanistan or Iraq. During his visit he had the opportunity to have lunch at the post dining facility with members of the Provincial Reconstruction Team Kunar including, from left to right, Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Damieon Colvin, Chicago, Ill., Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Brittney Breaux, Lafayette, La., and Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Bernell Brownley, Dahlgren, Va. Pat and his wife recently signed up as volunteers for USO. "I had people take time out of their day to show me and my wife Camp Atterbury," said Pat. "They have treated me so well. I was able to meet so many good people. It's been a very, very positive trip and I look forward to coming back." Pat and Mary's hometown is in Bettendorf, Iowa, however, they currently reside in Brownsburg, Ind.
