HUMACAO, Puerto Rico, January 6, 2017 - FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance (DSA) members assist survivors during the Grand Three King's Celebration celebrated at Humacao Arenas Coliseum. Flyers and informational material was distributed to parents who attended the event while their children enjoyed the traditional festivities. Administration of Mental Health Services And Addiction Prevention (ASSMCA), in collaboration with the Department of State, FEMA, and other agencies took part in the Grand Three Kings Celebration in Aguada, Orocovis, Humacao, Manati, Salinas, and Guaynabo, for the benefit of bringing joy and gifts to children and their families. ASSMCA aims to help mitigate the emotional distress caused by Hurricane Maria by preserving the traditional Puerto Rican Holiday celebration with shows, gifts, exhibit booths, photo areas, supplies, and information booths.
