Nine Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 undergo a real-life simulation of a vehicle rollover in a mine resistant ambush protected simulator at Kandahar Airfield. The simulator teaches proper egress techniques in the event of an actual emergency. NMCB-1 is deployed to Kandahar as part of Task Force Overlord and is responsible for all construction engineering and engineering support in south and southwest Afghanistan.
