Sgt. 1st Class Ed Franco plays with local refugee children in Dar Ul Aman in support of the Volunteer Community Reach Program, April 8. The program has set up a children diversion tactic that allowed volunteers to distribute 200 bags filled with clothes, shoes and toys without distraction. The supplies were successfully delivered.
