SOUTHWEST ASIA - U.S. Vice President Mike Pence addresses service members January 21, 2018 at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia. Pence addressed members of the 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing and congratulated the Airmen for their hard work at defeating ISIS in the region. The Wing’s lineage goes back to the Tuskegee Airmen of the 332nd Fighter Group, which was comprised of segregated African-American pilots, navigators, bombardiers, maintenance and support staff. They were responsible for flying more than 15,000 combat missions during World War II. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt. Cohen A. Young)
