Exercise Iron Fist brings together U.S. Marines from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Soldiers from the Japanese Group Self Defense Force, Western Army Infantry Regiment, to improve their bilateral planning, communicating, and conducting of combined amphibious operations.
