Sean Phelan place a training missile into the launch tube of a UH-1Y Venom helicopter, assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 161 (reinforced), on the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22).
