U.S. Army Corps of Engineers quality assurance specialists and contractors control vehicle movements into and out of a temporary debris site east of Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Hurricanes Maria and Irma produced millions of cubic yards of debris across the island. Gienell Declet-Martinez is supervising this and related debris collection work in north central Puerto Rico. She was born and raised in Dorado, P.R., and is assigned to the New Orleans District when not deployed.
