Marines with II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group use sticky notes during an Illuminate Design Thinking Workshop at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Jan. 17, 2018. The Marines moved the sticky notes during a non-verbal exercise, which allowed ideas such as improving the effectiveness of the unit to be expressed equally amongst the group. The volunteer workshop provided service members a chance to develop their problem-solving skills and increase their ability to form ideas into solutions. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
