    OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Jan. 18, 2018) — Capt. Robert Patrick, Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing Ten, speaks to Sondra Even, former Action Officer for Assistant Secretary of the Navy's (Research, Development, and Acquisition) Program Executive Office for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons, during a static display of Patrol Squadron (VP) 47 P-8A Poseidon at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI). VP-47 is a maritime patrol squadron currently station at NASWI.
