Arrow Transportation Company's diesel towboat ATCO enters Wilson Lock Oct. 5, 1946 at Tennessee River mile 259.4 in Florence, Ala. The six bargers contained approximately 4,000 tons of grain from St. Louis, Mo., headed to Decatur and Guntersville, Ala.
