Ramon Mora Jr. at Camp Liberty, Iraq, May 26, 2011. Beattie, 37, a Tempe, Ariz., native, and Mora, 19, a Covina, Calif., native, both of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 63rd Armor Regiment, died May 22, 2011 of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked their unit with an improvised explosive device.
