    170713-N-WF272-054 TOWNSHEND ISLAND, Australia (July 13, 2017) Landing craft air cushion (LCAC) 10 Engineer Machinist's Mate 1st Class Carlos Rivera, from Puerto Rico, assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7, review the craft's position while on a flight from amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6) to Townshend Island as part of a large-scale amphibious assault during Talisman Saber 17. The the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), embarked aboard Bonhomme Richard, is working in tandem with Australian counterparts to train together in the framework of stability operations.
