U.S Army Lt. Gen. Thomas S. Vandal commander of the Eighth army, presents coins to the Eighth Army Band after the Holiday concert in Seoul, Korea Dec. 17, 2017. The concert was hosted by the Eighth Army command in conjunction with local community leaders during the holiday season to promote harmonious relations between the U.S. Army and the Republic of Korea (ROK).
