During a question and answer session at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Master Sgt. Nathan Jackson, 375th Communications Squadron command support staff superintendent, shares diversity and inclusion examples from his experience in the Air Force, Jan. 10, 2018. The session occurred after Chief Master Sgt. Janna Wesley’s, chief of Diversity and Inclusion, presentation. Wesley visited Scott to present members with a foundational understanding of Diversity and Inclusion. It is a directorate program aimed to ensure a culture of inclusion to capitalize on the unique talents and contributions of all Airmen and achieve individual, organizational, and operational successes.
