Twiford of 1st Battalion, 87th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, inventory their gas mask systems for accuracy at Contingency Location Garoua, Cameroon. The Joint Service General Purpose Mask (JSGPM) is a lightweight, protective mask system incorporating state-of-the-art technology to protect U.S. Joint forces from actual or anticipated threats. There are two variants: The M-50 for ground and shipboard personnel and the M-51 for armored combat vehicle crewman.
