Maxwell AFB, AL - Retired Air Force General Charles "Chuck" Horner one of the Eagles for Gathering of Eagles 2017 speaks about his experiences during Desert Storm. General Horner commanded U.S. Central Command Air Forces which was the command of all U.S. and allied air assets during operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Gathering of Eagles 2017 was held at Maxwell AFB on 30 May -1 Jun 2017, the theme is Desert Storm. GOE program brings together aviation heroes and pioneers to share their experiences with future leaders of the military.
