Sgts. 1st Class James Payne and Jason Boyles, both instructors with Regional Training Site-Maintenance, teach Soldiers from a variety of military units during the Career Management Field 91/94 Ordnance Senior Leader Course on Dec. 13, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis.
