A Gold Star Family Member ring and prisoner of war and missing in action bracelet belonging to Nora Moore, daughter of Chief Master Sgt. Thomas Moore, Vietnam War POW/MIA, are displayed, Sept. 22, 2017, on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. Thomas Moore was captured in South Vietnam by the Viet Cong and has been listed as a POW/MIA due to his remains not being found.
