Senior Airman Bobby “Wayne” Steptoe earned “Thunderbolt of the Week” from the 56th Operations Group at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. The 550th FS is a tenant unit at the 173rd Fighter Wing and is a Total Force Integration where active-duty Airmen work alongside Oregon Air National Guard Airmen.
