James Kever, a Department of Defense- and Federal Aviation Administration-certified drone pilot from the Defense Media Activity on Fort Meade, Maryland, operates a small unmanned aircraft system, commonly referred to as a drone, from the back of a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium in Curtis Creek outside Coast Guard Station Curtis Bay, Maryland, Dec. 19, 2017.
