Sailors from Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, celebrate their participation in the Special Olympics Virginia 2011 Polar Plunge, Feb. 5, at the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach. The NECC team raised more than $2,500 in support of the Special Olympics Virginia, which works with more than 9,600 participants with intellectual disabilities.
