Members of the 445th Airlift Wing had the opportunity to view the solar eclipse August 21, 2017. A total solar eclipse crossed the United States coast to coast for the first time in 99 years. Only during the short time when the moon completely obscures the sun, is it safe to look directly at the event. (U.S. Air Force photo/Master Sgt. Patrick O’Reilly)
