PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Dec. 12, 2017) Deputy Commander of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), Rear Adm. Rod DeWalt dons the KM-37 dive helmet while visiting Mobile Diving Salvage Unit (MDSU) ONE. The KM-37 is utilized by MDSU divers for surface supplied diving and salvage operations. MDSU ONE provides combat ready, expeditionary, rapidly deployable mobile diving and salvage detachments to conduct harbor clearance, salvage, underwater search and recovery, and underwater emergency repairs in any environment.
