Soldiers with the 36th Infantry Division of the Txas Army National Guard assist a woman they rescued from her flooded home in Vidor, Texas, Sept. 1, following Hurricane Harvey's devastating impact. From there she was taken on a bus provided by Fort Polk to the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles, which was transformed into a shelter fro texas and Louisiana flood zone evacuees.
