The Woodman Inn, located in the English village of Nuthampstead, has memorials dedicated to the 398th Bombardment Group and the 55th Fighter Group. Veterans of these two groups have hosted reunions at the Wooodman, a nearly 400-year-old pub that was within the post’s boundaries during World War II. (U.S. Air Force photo by Josh Plueger)
