AUSTIN, Texas – (Dec. 19, 2017) Navy Aviator Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, addresses his Sailors and support personnel prior to the kick-off of Operational Stress Control training during the annual district training meeting held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. More than 250 recruiters, support personnel and their spouses attended the training where facilitators of the Navy’s 21st Century Sailor office provided attendees with support networks, programs, resources, training, and skills needed to overcome adversity and thrive.
