YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 16, 2017) Construction Electrician 2nd Class Michael Whisenhunt assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, delivers a project brief to Cmdr. James Cho commanding officer of NMCB 4. Cmdr. James Cho and Command Master Chief Jason Holden visit Detail Yokosuka to check on troop morale, project status, and deployment climate. NMCB 4 is forward deployed to the pacific, ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations, and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps, and joint operational forces.
