Tallant, the Assistant Product Manager for Capability Drops, under Program Manager Distributed Common Ground System - Army, was promoted from captain to Major on Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Md, Dec. 15, 2017. Presiding over the ceremony was Maj. Gen. Kirk Vollmecke, the Program Executive Officer for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S). Assisting in the ceremony was Tallant's wife Christie and their two sons, Jack & Andrew.
