U.S. soldiers of Lightning Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment assigned to the Battle Group Poland move into position with Polish soldiers of the 15th Mechanized Brigade during Dire Wolf II, platoon live fire exercise near Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Poland on Dec. 14, 2017. These soldiers are part of a unique, multinational battle group, comprised of U.S., U.K., Croatian and Romanian soldiers serve with the Polish 15th Mechanized Brigade as a deterrence force in northeast Poland in support of NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence.
