U.S. Army retired Col. Jackie R. Fogle is honored on the day of his retirement at a ceremony held at McCrady Training Center, Eastover, South Carolina, December 13, 2017. Fogle served as the South Carolina Youth Challenge Academy director for 25 years and received the highest state award, the Order of the Palmetto, for his dedication and hard work over the last 25 years as the director.
