Seabees assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion One (ACB-1) raise the ramp of their Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) during a quarterly joint reserve and active duty component beach exercise on Dec. 9, 2017, at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado.
