U.S. service members assigned to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) lower a U.S. flag over a transfer case containing the remains of U.S. service members during a repatriation ceremony in Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 13, 2017. The remains of the service members were located during a recovery operation by DPAA and are being returned home.
