U.S. service members assigned to Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) unfold a U.S. flag over transfer case containing the remains of unidentified U.S. service members during a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) repatriation ceremony in Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 13, 2017. The remains were located during a recovery operation by DPAA and are being returned home.
