Nearing the front gate of Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Calif., Chris Miller is about to finish another of many legs in his Chris Cross America campaign to run across the entire country “from ocean to ocean.” He and his cousin Mike Dusman started the cross-country run at Ellis Island in New York July 13 to raise awareness of drug and alcohol addiction recovery.
