Navy Lt. j.g. Andrew Nichols, an intensive care unit nurse with U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, treats a simulated casualty during the Joint Enroute Care Course Dec. 13, 2017, at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan.
