Navy Lt. Cmdr. Erik Hardy, the Joint Enroute Care Course (JECC) liason, briefs students on flight safety and in-air medical treatment during the JECC Dec. 13, 2017, at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. Navy, Air Force and Army medical personnel participated in hands-on training to qualify them to provide pre-, mid- and post-flight medical care to patients being flown to medical facilities.
