Lt. Gen. David M. Rodriguez, Commander, International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, answers questions following his opening statement during the May 16 press conference held at ISAF Headquarters in the capital city of Kabul, Afghanistan. Australian Army Maj. Gen. Michael Krause, Deputy Chief of Plans Headquarters IJC and Alisa Stack, Senior Government and Development Advisor to Commander IJC, also provided statements during the press conference. The commander stated ISAF is on track in completing the transition to full Afghan responsibility for security by the end of 2014.
