Staff Sgt. Ireshekia Hilliard, the personnel non-commissioned officer-in-charge, with Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 15th Sustainment Brigade, prepares to walk through the archway inside the Camp Slayer Moral, Welfare and Recreational center Saturday, March 31. The induction ceremony, which is rare in today?s Army, included 27 non-commissioned officers walking through an archway symbolizing their entry into leadership in the United States Army. The NCOs then signed their names in a book and received a certificate of achievement before reciting the NCO creed.
