An IV needle is inserted in the vein of a patient to so they can receive IV fluids during a Combat Life Savers course conducted while in the Middle East Nov. 6-8, 2017. CLS is a three-day course that aims to train Marines of the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command on emergency treatment of casualties in a combat environment.
