Lt. Col. John Cubbedge along with Lt. Col. Diane Burkett of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) prepare hot chow in support of the 20th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop, hosted by USACAPOC (A), Dec. 6, 2017 at MacKall Army Airfield, North Carolina. This year, eight countries are participating and they include; Colombia, Canada, Latvia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Italy, Germany, and Poland. Operation Toy Drop. Operation Toy Drop is the world’s largest combined airborne operation and allows Soldiers the opportunity to train on their military occupational specialty, maintain their airborne readiness, and give back to the local community.
