A U.S. Navy F/A-18E/F Super Hornet assigned to the USS Theodore Roosevelt prepares to be refueled by a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 340th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar, over the skies of Afghanistan Dec. 7, 2017. The Super Hornets conducted a series of precision airstrikes against six Taliban narcotic targets in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
