Staff Sgt. Brosnan Rogers, right, and Maj. Brandon Lokey assisted a family of four who were involved in a fatal car crash on November 25, 2017, in Okinawa, Japan. Rogers, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, was in the house when he heard a loud boom. He immediately ran outside once he observed it was a car crash. Rogers is the company gunnery sergeant for Information Operations Company, 3rd Intelligence Battalion, 3rd Marine Information Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
