SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico. – A members of U.S. Military, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Army Corps of Engineers, the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority, civilian contractors, and citizens of Culebra, pose for a group photo after two new 2.2 Mega Watt generators were turned on. The two generators will help provide power to the island of Culebra for 24 hours a day. The generators will provide much needed power to Culebra’s tourist industry while the main power lines from Puerto Rico are repaired. The underwater powerlines were damaged when hurricanes Irma and Maria tour through the islands. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Steven C. Eaton)
