Gayle, helicopter rope suspension training instructors with Special Operations Training Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, III MEF, teach members of the Marine Corps Bases Japan Fire Department how to properly rig the rappel tower April 6. The firefighters were tested on techniques the HRST instructors taught them to enhance high-angle rescue skills.
