Lt. Col. Stacy Babcock served as the guest speaker on behalf of USACAPOC (A) during a dinner social for the Rochester N.Y. Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve committee’s Boss Lift day at Fort Bragg, N.C., May 4. Babcock, a native of Rochester, N.Y., works for the G5 section at USACAPOC (A) as an Active Guard Reserve member. More than 40 employers and supervisors participated in the Boss Lift program. They were able to see firsthand the type and quality of military training and leadership activities National Guard and Reserve members receive while they are away from their civilian occupation for duty with their military units.
