BREMERTON, Wash. (Nov. 30, 2017) Sailors assigned to USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) participate in a frocking ceremony. During the ceremony, 273 Sailors, who were selected for advancement to the next rank, received the authority to assume the title and wear the uniform of the next higher pay grade. John C.
