(Oct. 30, 2017) Engineman Fireman Recruit Jacob Tejada, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), is sprayed with oleoresin capsicum (OC) before beginning the OC Spray Course at the Naval Operations Support Center Portland, Oct. 30. Frank Cable, currently in Portland, Ore. for a scheduled dry-dock phase maintenance availability, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
